I actually don’t agree yes we are all fans of Potter at the end of the day but you cannot deny that once you’ve read the books your whole Potter experience is changed. I believe the reason people get so annoyed when they hear people haven’t read the books (and for me personally this is the reason) is because it’s frustrating seeing someone love something so much and not know the half of it we want to be able to share all of the little inside jokes and quirks all the characters have and we can’t not properly it’s like they’re constantly edging round something brilliant and we just want to shove them on in there and get completely fucking beside themselves with all there new fucking feelings for characters, story lines. And you give me just one HP Fan that doesn’t shit themselves with excitement when they hear that a film fan became a film/book fan. It’s also just as equally frustrating when you get a strictly just the book fans who are just stubborn little shits that refuse to watch the film because Harry’s fucking PJ’s are a different fucking colour . It’s all Potter we need to learn to love both book and film together otherwise what’s the point
